After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the prestigious York University, Mariya pursued her Bachelor of Law at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom. Upon returning to Ontario, she successfully completed her National Accreditation Exams and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
Gaining valuable experience articling at a prominent downtown firm, Mariya embarked on her mission to establish MBLAW. Initially focused on real estate, MBLAW has grown alongside its clients, adapting to their evolving needs by expanding its areas of practice to include immigration, business, and estate law.
When not working tirelessly for her clients, Mariya enjoys travelling with her family and indulging in her hobbies, which include skiing, gardening, and immersing herself in the captivating world of historical fiction. Mariya’s dedication to her clients, combined with her personal passions, make her a unique and indispensable leader at MBLAW.

Julianna Felendzer is an associate at MB LAW who specializes in real estate, business law, as well as estates. Julianna is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for her clients while exceeding their legal needs and expectations.
Julianna graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Classics and minoring in Philosophy. Subsequently, she completed the joint J.D./M.E.S. program at Osgoode Hall Law School and York University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
Before law school, Julianna worked as a legal assistant in a real estate law office, providing her a thorough understanding of the real estate law process from start to finish. As a result, she is experienced in handling complex real estate files. Additionally, Julianna completed her articles in-house at a multinational company undergoing a divestiture, during which she actively participated in strategic initiatives guiding the divestiture while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Vlad Gukasov is a dedicated and knowledgeable legal professional, bringing a wealth of experience to MBLAW. He earned his MD from the Russian State Social University in 2006 and later pursued the Law Clerk program at Seneca College, enriching his legal background and skills.
For the past six years, Vlad has been an invaluable asset to MBLAW, contributing his expertise and passion for the law to the firm’s success. He is known not only for his diligent work ethic but also for his enthusiasm and camaraderie, which make him a beloved team member.
When not immersed in his legal work, Vlad enjoys playing football, indulging in well-deserved rest, and exploring his love for good food. In fact, he is known to delight the entire office with his delectable culinary treats, adding a touch of warmth and community spirit to the MBLAW team.
Oksana Bondarenko is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in management. She holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Financial Management from the renowned Kharkiv National University after V.N. Karazin. In addition, Oksana has completed specialized courses in Real Estate, Estates, and Corporate Law from The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, further enhancing her expertise in these areas.
At MBLAW, Oksana plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s success, leveraging her extensive experience to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. She specializes in Real Estate and Wills and Estate cases, applying her expertise to help clients navigate these complex legal matters with confidence and ease.
Outside of the office, Oksana is an avid swimmer who loves basking in the sun, continuously expanding her knowledge through reading and learning. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends, creating lasting memories, and fostering strong relationships.
Marina Rumiantceva brings a unique blend of creative and technical expertise to the MBLAW team. With a degree from the St. Petersburg Academy of Performing Arts, Marina has honed her skills over 10 years as an event director, orchestrating memorable and engaging experiences. Her passion for learning led her to Seneca College, where she pursued Computer Programming, further expanding her skillset.
At MBLAW, Marina is responsible for managing the company’s website and marketing efforts, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence. As an immigration case manager, she provides invaluable administrative support, helping clients navigate the complexities of the immigration process with ease. In her free time, Marina enjoys exploring the worlds of theatre and travel, going on long walks, and dreams of mastering the art of skating.
