For a complete review, you must provide:

• Agreement of Purchase and Sale

• Status Certificate package, including:

  • Status Certificate cover page

  • Declaration(s)

  • By-Laws

  • Rules

  • Budget

  • Financial Statements

  • Insurance Certificate

  • Reserve Fund Study

  • Management Agreement (if applicable)

  • Any other documents included in the package
