We are making several important changes to how you communicate with MBLAW Professional Corporation, including updates to our email addresses and official websites. If you contact our office by email or use our website, please take a moment to review the information below and update our contact details in your records.
In 2023, we moved our main website from mbpropertylaw.com to mblawpc.ca. We made this change to bring our online presence under a domain that more clearly reflects the name of our firm and gives you a more consistent point of reference when contacting or finding information about MBLAW.
The transition was gradual. While our website has been operating under mblawpc.ca, we continued using our established @mbpropertylaw.com email addresses so that you could keep communicating with us without interruption or confusion.
We are now completing the next stage of that transition. As of September 8, 2026, our email accounts have also moved to @mblawpc.ca. This brings our website and email communications under the same domain and makes it easier for you to recognize and use MBLAW’s official contact information.
Below, you will find our new email addresses, the transition period for the old addresses, and a few other important updates to our online contact information.
Please Update Our Email Addresses
From September 8, 2026, please use the following email addresses when contacting our team:
- mariya@mblawpc.ca replaces mariya@mbpropertylaw.com
- vlad@mblawpc.ca replaces clerk3@mbpropertylaw.com
- julia@mblawpc.ca replaces clerk2@mbpropertylaw.com
- info@mblawpc.ca replaces info@mbpropertylaw.com
We recommend updating the MBLAW contacts saved in your email account or address book now and using the new @mblawpc.ca addresses for future correspondence.
If you accidentally send an email to one of our previous @mbpropertylaw.com addresses, you do not need to resend it. We will continue to support the old email addresses until December 31, 2026, and messages sent to them during this transition period will still reach us.
The old addresses are being kept active specifically to make the change easier for you. However, please begin using the new addresses whenever possible, as the @mbpropertylaw.com email addresses will be retired after the transition period ends.

This is the primary website of MBLAW Professional Corporation and the main source for information about our legal services, our team and ways to contact us.
We are also preparing a dedicated Russian-language website for our immigration clients:
ru.mblawpc.ca
The Russian-language website is scheduled to launch on October 1, 2026. It will provide information about our immigration services in Russian and make it easier for Russian-speaking clients to find the information relevant to their matters.
Going forward, mblawpc.ca and ru.mblawpc.ca will be our official websites.
A Name Update You May Notice
Some of you who have worked with our immigration team may also notice a different last name in your correspondence.
Our Immigration Case Manager, previously known as Marina Rumiantceva, is now Marina Grant.
If you have previously communicated with Marina Rumiantceva and now see the name Marina Grant in an email or other communication from MBLAW, you are still communicating with the same person. Only the last name has changed.
What Stays the Same
Although we are updating our email addresses and bringing our online communications under one domain, the way we work with you is not changing.
MBLAW Professional Corporation continues to operate from the same office, with the same team and the same working processes. If we are currently handling your matter, your file continues as usual and no action is required from you other than updating our email addresses in your contacts.
These changes are intended to make our communications more consistent and our contact information easier for you to identify and use, while making sure the transition does not interrupt your communication with us.
